The Manufacturing Department was officially added in the early 1990s, with this expansion B.M.L. added on a manufacturing engineer and a project manager and groups of press operators, assembly operators, and assistants, today the manufacturing department includes several new faces and machines. The Monroe site (the new B.M.L.) offers the manufacturing department a more cleaner, organized, and bigger space to work.
